The platters of local salami, the Ascolana fried (with the typical olives and the tasty creams), the noodles with fine truffle of Piceno, the “Marchigiana cut” on the grill, are just some of the delicacies that the chef offers to delight the palate of its guests.
All the dishes are enhanced by a wide and refined selection of local DOC wines, carefully chosen.
